Attendance
Regular Attendance
Students must attend school regularly and punctually.
Reporting Time
Students should reach the school premises 10 minutes before the school begins. If a student is late, the student may be sent home at the parent’s risk.
Medical/Leave Certificate
If a child is absent due to illness or any other reason, the required certificate or written note must be submitted by the parents to the Head Mistress/Principal.
Reopening Day
Attendance on the re-opening day after holidays is compulsory.
Long Absence
In case of absence for more than one month without leave application or medical certificate, the child’s name may be removed from the attendance register.
Minimum Requirement
A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory for promotion.
Leave Note
Parents are requested to write the leave note only in the school diary.
